Yoga Fundamentals

A Six Week Introductory Yoga Course

Team taught by Cheryl and Tom Andres

Monday Evenings - 6:00pm - 7:30pm

January 9th - February 13th

Yoga Fundamentals is a novice's introduction to yoga that runs over a six week time frame. You will learn basic yoga poses, breathing and relaxation. This course will slowly guide you into a complete yoga practice. Yoga concepts and benefits along with your needs and issues will be discussed. Each class will introduce 3-4 new poses, with detailed directions and practice time. The poses will be broken down showing proper technique and alignment. Classes will begin with a warm-up, revisit previous class poses and end with relaxation.


Course will include:

  • Yoga concepts and Health benefits

  • The role of props

  • Guided relaxation

  • Handout containing all poses covered in the course


Enrollment Limited to 12 students to ensure individual attention

$75 for 6 week course
